This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs the manner in which Clippy (“Clippy,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses information collected from users (“User,” “you,” or “your”) of the Clippy mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, you must discontinue use of the Services.
1. PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION
1.1. Users may access and use the Clippy App anonymously. We do not automatically collect or store personally identifiable information (“PII”).
1.2. We only collect PII if you voluntarily submit such information (e.g., through registration forms, inquiries, or support requests).
1.3. You are solely responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information. Clippy shall not be held liable for any false, misleading, or inaccurate information submitted.
1.4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if fraudulent or inaccurate personal information is detected.

2.1. The Services may display advertisements (“Ads”) to support the ongoing development, maintenance, and operation of Clippy.

2.3. These technologies do not collect or track PII such as your name, email address, or physical address.
2.4. You may disable cookies in your browser or cease use of the Services if you prefer not to receive targeted Ads. Acceptance of Ads is not required to use Clippy.

3.2. Users are responsible for safeguarding their devices, accounts, and login credentials.

4.1. Clippy does not permanently store content downloaded or accessed through the Services.
4.2. PII voluntarily submitted by Users is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of Clippy immediately.
